DonorDrive is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people who want to support their favorite causes. We’re continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying relevant accessibility standards.
As part of our work, we make sure our platform is compatible with assistive technologies that include:
We've taken these steps to ensure the accessibility of the DonorDrive platform:
Note: DonorDrive client sites are separate from donordrive.com. Our accessibility audits have focused on public-facing client sites, though the processes we've put in place benefit both the administrative and public interfaces of the DonorDrive platform.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are a set of requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: level A, level AA, and level AAA.
The public-facing interface of DonorDrive client sites are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Our compliance with these guidelines can vary to some degree from client site to client site, depending on each client's commitment to honoring these guidelines for the content they control within the product. These guidelines are subjective and up to human interpretation. We keep accessibility top of mind as we continue to enhance the DonorDrive platform. We strive toward complying with as many of these guidelines as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will always meet 100% of the guidelines.
